NAXS has acquired 40,000 shares in MIPS AB in the IPO of the company on NASDAQ Stockholm

MIPS AB is a Swedish company which specializes in helmet
safety and brain protection. The company has developed and produces a thin
plastic inlay that sits inside a wide array of sports/outdoor activity helmets.

This investment is made in accordance with the revised
investment policy adopted by NAXS in January 2016.
