About NAXS

Established in 2007, NAXS is an investment company listed on NASDAQ Stockholm. The company has historically focused on investments in private equity funds with a Nordic focus. 

In September 2025, an extraordinary general meeting resolved to amend the company’s investment mandate, enabling an orderly liquidation of its existing portfolio and the distribution of a significant portion of its cash holdings to shareholders by way of an extra dividend.
