        Indepence Pet Holding, part of the JAB Pet Care & Services platform, acquires Spot Pet Insurance

        4 June 2024

        Independence Pet Holdings today announced that it has acquired a majority interest in Spot Pet Insurance, a fast-growing pet insurance brand that offers dog and cat insurance plans in the United States and Canada.
