NAXS’s shares in JAB Co-investment IX have been redeemed

JAB has redeemed all co-investors’ shares in the JAB Consumer Partners Co-Investment IX compartment for cash, and the compartment will now be liquidated.

The compartment’s underlying investment was a stake in Pret Panera Company Inc., a U.S.-based fast-casual dining operator.

NAXS invested approximately KUSD 300 in the JAB Co-Investment IX compartment in Q4 2020.
